Overview

Lnkgo is operated by Citedy as an API-first link service. This notice explains the data used for email onboarding, API keys, short links, custom domains, QR codes, analytics, support, and abuse handling.

Data We Process

• Email address, verification events, API key metadata, and account limits.
• Short-link URLs, custom domains, DNS proof status, tags, titles, metadata, and QR requests.
• Click analytics such as timestamp, referrer, country, device, browser, bot classification, IP-derived signals, and user-agent data.
• Support and abuse submissions, including reported URLs, reasons, messages, and operational metadata.

Processors And Infrastructure

Lnkgo uses Citedy systems, Supabase/PostgreSQL, a dedicated DigitalOcean VPS running Shlink/PostgreSQL, Cloudflare DNS/R2/security services, Resend for email, and logging or monitoring providers needed to operate and secure the service.

Your Choices

You can stop creating links, rotate API keys, remove custom-domain DNS records, or contact support for account and data questions. Abuse reports should be submitted through the public abuse form.
